5pm Start Time
Line up will begin at 4pm in the parking lot beside Dollar Tree
There is no application process to be in the parade. Anyone is welcome to join the parade please just have your group ready to go by 5pm.
The parade will start in front of Westminster United Methodist Church, turn at Walgreens to go down Main Street, then turn at Blue Ridge Bank to cross the road to 76 Supply's parking lot where the parade will officially end.
Horses must turn off at the vacant Walgreens building
